GO HOGS!!!

"Big Red"

Big Red is our "Manly Man" hog cooker. It is built from a 500 gallon "pot bellied" propane tank. It features a manual rotisserie for flipping the hog and a hydraulic actuator to open and close the door which weighs over 300 lbs.. It is mounted on an aircraft main landing gear bearing so that  it can be rotated perpendicular to the trailer centerline for cooking and on centerline for transport.

The Vending Trailer

This trailer is health department certified. It has a full kitchen in the front compartment and Ole Hickory SDLX mounted in the rear cooking deck.

The Wizard Wagon

It is a 12ft covered trailer with  a Backwoods Fatboy and a FE 100 mounted on it. It is still a work in progress. I intend to mount a water system, workstation, and storage.
